My final book!
After a long time of arranging the images with the corresponding text, I’ve found only one way i would tolerate them being printed as a series, and I’m still not satisfied.. so ill make it into a book! I learned how to bind and create books in art and tech over summer so I already know what I need and what to do, it will also save me a lot of money on paper and I’ll have more fun putting it together. Since the images are all complete, ill work on making the text a little more graphic and will have it printed thursday or friday and put it together over the weekend.

Still shooting and gathering images, getting ready to print next week!
I think this one would best fit fast food/slow digestion..makes me hungry just lookin at it, canes<3

Everywhere you turn new places to eat or buy something you dont need are popping up, people are becoming less healthy faster [by over indulging in the heavenly bits of gold that is … the caniac.]
Below are a couple of photos I will most likely use for the more degrees/less sense more experts/more problems

This photo would represent more medicines/more sickness

“There is much in the window but nothing in the room ” or “bigger houses but smaller families”

“Steep profits shallow relationships”
The following week I will continue to gather images then on the final week will print them out large scale and decide how I want to display them
When I came across this quote by the Dalai Lama, I decided to change the premise of my final project

Basically, I will take a series of photos corresponding with each line of the quote. I plan to print it out large scale maybe 4’x6’ with the text as an added element in the photo somewhere.
For example Series piece #1

“We built more computers to hold more information produce more copies than ever but have less communication. We have become long on quantity but less on quality.”
Be who you are and say what you want because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. ~ http://bit.ly/z9Dfgm

For project duncan I plan to take part in cozying various items like the ‘knitta please’ organization who did the trees in the photo above. I’ll spend half the time crocheting and half the other time takin the photos and have a series of photographs printed large scale and possibly work with other mixed medias.
